The best quality lessons with BB Talking Headset

Our school offers quality, that is why we work with radio communication system while teaching kitesurfing.ย These are waterproof intercom sets that allow the instructor to communicate with the student, and vice versa.ย

This headset normally is not used during the first lesson when we are not going in the water yet, but as soon as you get started in the water you will get a little further away from the instructor. Then the headset is needed, especially if you are going to kitesurf further away. The instructor always gives you the limits where you should stay / how far you can go on your own.ย

It works much faster and more efficiently if you get the right directions directly from the instructor through your headset during the exercise rather than instructor shouting from the distance surrounded with many kiters around and different sounds. which makes it difficult to hear the instructor and creates a lot of stress for the beginners. Thus, you can also directly ask questions about the actions you perform via the headset and it will certainly give you a lot of confidence when you are on your own as it can be quite overwhelming. This allows you to spend your lesson time on the water very efficiently and professionally.ย

All in all, safety and clear communication are crucial pieces, and that is exactly what this headset does.

Questions about kitesurfing

1What is kitesurfing?
Kitesurfing uses the power of the wind to propel you across the water with a kite and board. Kitesurfing can take place on flat water, waves, choppy water & anything in between. Wind and water are the key ingredients. Once youโ€™re up and riding you can progress your jumping, racing, foiling, wave riding, freestyle tricks and downwinders.
2Do I need to have experience?
Often beginners have no board, water sport of kite flying background. This sport is completely open to people with no experience. This is a misconception, as the full power of the kite is not felt through your arms, more so spread through your torso via a harness. Having a basic level of fitness is recommended to help with your safe progression, but this sport can be pursued by people of ages and abilities.

6What are the school's safety measures?
The first and most important one is the experience our IKO certified instructors have; they will ensure that you are safe at all times and enjoy the experience. Especially, that we use BB Talking equipment, where it ensures your safety even more where we are able to communicate while you are in the water, instead of shouting from a distance, for example. Also, in the area we teach, rescue team is very nearby.
7Why BB Talking radio helmets are offering the highest quality lessons?
We use BB Talking as this technology enhances the learning curve in water sports. It is a real time coaching tool which allows our instructors to instantly train and provide feedback to the student. If you are a pro athlete or a beginner, the benefits of this communication system is exceptional. Instructors no longer have to yell, for example, from the shoreline.
